January:
  • No sales fluctuation due to day of the week effect in this year.
  • In this year, we started the sales of “Sushi-roll for praying exam success” from January 15 onwards.
  • Number of Japanese & Noodles restaurants at the end of this month is 136(133 last year), and 131 of existing restaurants.
December:
  • Due to day of the week effect, such as 2 weekdays less, and each 1 day of Saturday/Sunday more, than that of last year, the sales influence was +5.1% in this month.
  • “Year-end & New year coupon giveaway campaign” was launched during December 31 through January 6 this year.
  • Number of Japanese & Noodles restaurants at the end of this month was 136(133 last year), and 131 of existing restaurants.
November:
  • There was one less Saturday and one extra weekday in November this year, affecting the sale by -2.4% due to fluctuations in the number of days of the week in the month.
  • We held the “Winter Gratitude” fair from November 15-18 this year.
  • We held the “Kanburi (Cold Yellowtail) Fair” from November 22.
  • The number of outlets in the Japanese Noodle section was 136 outlets (132 outlets last year) at the end of the month, of which 131 were existing outlets.
October:
  • There was one less Sunday and one extra weekday in October this year, affecting the sale by -3.1%, due to fluctuations in the number of days of the week in the month.
  • We held the “Hiroshima Oyster and New Soba Dishes Fair” from October 17th this year.
  • The number of outlets in the Japanese Noodle section was 136 outlets (132 outlets last year) at the end of the month, of which 131 were existing outlets.
September:
  • There were two less weekdays and one extra Saturday and Sunday in September this year, affecting the sale by +5.1%, due to fluctuations in the number of days of the week in the month.
